Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 15–30 business days
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance in your country

Please note: Many of our products are shipped from overseas supplier warehouses. While we work with trusted suppliers to ensure timely delivery, transit times can vary based on destination country, customs processing, and carrier availability.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays Heavenly Rae Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
